Our story

Two Family Experiences Shaped One Clear Purpose

ND Home Health grew from watching our own grandparents navigate the need for support at home.

One founder’s grandmother strongly wanted to remain in her home rather than move to a facility. Coordinating caregivers, schedules, and services was difficult for the family, but the right support allowed her to stay where she felt most comfortable, near her home, memories, and the people she loved.

Our other founder watched his grandfather benefit from home care that helped him remain in his own home longer and maintain more of his independence.

Those experiences made one thing clear: home care affects more than the person receiving support. It affects the entire family. ND Home Health was built to make the process clearer, more dependable, and more respectful.

Our mission

Support Independence, Dignity, and Quality of Life at Home

Our mission is to provide dependable, compassionate non-medical care that helps people remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

That requires more than completing tasks. It requires reliable caregivers, clear expectations, respectful communication, and consistent follow-through.

What guides us

Clear Communication

Changes, concerns, and next steps should not be left vague.

Caregivers complete required screening, onboarding, and training before they are assigned to client work.

Person-Centered Support

Care is organized around the person’s approved services, daily routines, preferences, and safety needs.

Clear Communication

Families and care partners receive direct information about scheduling, changes, concerns, and next steps.

Our rural perspective

Built by People Who Understand Rural Responsibility

Our founders come from farming and ranching backgrounds. In rural communities, reliability is practical. People remember whether you showed up, communicated clearly, and did what you said you would do.

That mindset shapes how ND Home Health approaches care. We review distance, scheduling, caregiver coverage, and service requirements before making a commitment.
